Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

Any content or materials provided by the client to VernoMedia for use in the Services remain the intellectual property of the client. The client grants VernoMedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the sole purpose of providing the agreed-upon Services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to business plans, marketing strategies, financial information, and client data. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
VernoMedia provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, VernoMedia does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of its Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VernoMedia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
Indemnification
